Prices are all-inclusive - no hidden fees. Monthly plans are cancellable with 14 days' notice.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. All our plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 14 days' notice (German consumer law). Most clients stay because they see results, not because they're locked in.

Do you offer custom pricing?

For businesses with very specific needs or larger scopes, we're happy to discuss custom pricing. Book a free strategy call to explore options.

What's included in the setup fee?

The setup fee covers all implementation work: discovery, design, configuration, integration, team training, and launch. You're not paying for this separately later - it's all upfront. See your specific service for details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime within 14 days' written notice via email. There are no penalties or early termination fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (SEPA), credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and PayPal through Stripe Payment Gateway. Payment is typically 50% upfront, 50% on completion for projects. For monthly subscriptions, payment is due on the 1st of each month or monthly from the date of starting the project.

Do you offer payment plans?

What exactly do you build?

We design and build professional, modern websites that work as business tools - not just digital brochures. Your website captures leads, integrates with your CRM, loads lightning-fast, ranks in local search, and is easy for your team to update.

How long does it take to build a website?

Typically 4-6 weeks from discovery to launch. This includes: strategy session, design, content optimisation, integration with your systems, team training, and go-live. We move fast because time is money.

What if I already have a website?

Great! We can either redesign it completely or optimise your existing site and integrate our CRM and AI Solutions. Many clients choose optimisation first (lower cost) to see ROI, then redesign later.

Do you provide copywriting?

Yes. We write or optimise your website copy to be conversion-focused and SEO-friendly. If you have existing copy, we'll enhance it. If you want full copywriting, that's included in the service. Relevant Data to be provided by you.

Can I use my existing domain?

Absolutely. We work with your current domain. If you don't have one, we can register a new one (€10-15/year typically).

Is hosting included?

Yes. Website hosting, SSL certificate (security), backups, and ongoing maintenance are all included in your monthly fee. No surprise hosting bills.

How many pages can I have?

It depends on your tier:

- Starter: 3 pages (Home, Services, Contact)

- Growth: 5 pages (Home, Services, About, Gallery, Contact)

- Elite: 10+ pages (full custom structure)

Additional pages after launch are €50-100 each, or included in monthly optimisation. You also have an option to mix and match, you can get a multiple-page website and then choose a service from the lower tier.

Can I add a blog?

Yes. Blog setup is included. We'll teach your team how to publish posts, and we can help optimise them for SEO. Regular blogging (2x/month) is recommended for SEO benefits.

Is the website mobile-friendly?

Absolutely. All our websites are mobile-first - they look beautiful and function perfectly on phones, tablets, and desktops. Over 60% of your traffic will be mobile, so this is critical.

How fast will my website load?

We optimise for sub-2-second load times. Fast websites rank higher on Google and convert visitors better. It's a competitive advantage.

Can you integrate my booking/calendar system?

Yes. We integrate Calendly, Google Calendar, booking systems, and payment processors (Stripe, PayPal). Everything connects, so leads flow into your CRM automatically.

What about e-commerce?

Yes, we can set up a simple e-commerce. Products, shopping carts, payment processing, order confirmations, and inventory tracking are all possible.

Do you include SEO on the website?

Can you help with content?

Absolutely. We can write your website copy, optimise existing content, create landing pages, and develop a content strategy. Content is included in the service, or we can scope it separately.

How do I update content after launch?

We teach your team how to edit the website directly - no coding needed. We provide SOPs (step-by-step guides) and training. You can update content anytime. If you need help, we're a call/email away.

Can you help move my site from another host?

Yes. We handle site migrations from WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc. We'll move all your content, redirects, and ensure SEO doesn't drop.

What happens after launch?

You get 30 days of post-launch support included. After that, we recommend monthly optimisation (included in your monthly fee) to continuously improve performance, add new content, test conversions, and fix any issues.

Do you redesign websites?

Yes. If your current website is outdated or not converting, we will completely redesign it. Cost and timeline depend on complexity, but most redesigns take 4-8 weeks.

Is GDPR compliance included?

Yes. All websites include GDPR compliance: privacy policy, cookie consent banner, opt-in consent management, and secure data handling. No surprises with legal issues.

Can you integrate with my existing tools?

Yes. We integrate with CRM, email platforms, payment processors, booking systems, calendar apps, and analytics tools. If it has an API, we can likely connect it.

What if I'm not happy with the design?

We include 2 rounds of revisions in the setup. We get your feedback, iterate, and deliver something you love. After launch, design changes can be added to monthly optimisation or charged separately (€50-200 per revision, depending on scope).

Can you help with a custom domain email?

Yes. We can set up a professional email ([email protected]) and integrate it with your systems. This is usually provided by 3rd party services like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 Business (€10-20/month).

Do you handle website security?

Yes. All websites include: SSL certificate (HTTPS encryption), regular backups, malware scanning, and security best practices. Your data and your customers' data are protected.

How does SEO work?

SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) makes your website rank higher on Google for searches people are actually making. When someone in Berlin searches "dentist Mitte" or "best yoga studio Friedrichshain," good SEO helps them find you. We optimise your website structure, content, and local presence so you rank organically.

How long does SEO take to show results?

Typically, 6-12 weeks to see meaningful results, 3-6 months to see a significant impact. SEO is not instant, but it compounds over time. Unlike paid ads (which stop working when you stop paying), SEO results stick around.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. Anyone who guarantees #1 rankings is lying. Google's algorithm is complex and constantly changing. What we guarantee: professional SEO best practices, transparent reporting, and continuous optimisation based on data.

What's the difference between SEO and GEO/AEO?

- SEO: General search optimisation (works for anyone searching nationwide)

Automation is having technology handle repetitive tasks automatically - without human intervention. Instead of manually emailing 50 leads, you set up one automation that emails them at the right time, automatically. It saves your team hours every week.

What can you automate?

Email sequences, SMS follow-ups, appointment reminders, payment reminders, lead scoring, customer segmentation, form submissions, data entry, chatbot responses, and more. If it's repetitive, it can probably be automated.

How much time will automation save?

What is lead capture?

How many leads will I get?

Depends on your current traffic and offer. If you get 1,000 website visitors/month and have a basic form, you might capture 20-50 leads. With a high-converting form + chatbot + multiple offers, you could capture 200+ leads. We optimise to maximise capture.

What's a high-converting form?

A form that actually gets completed. Most forms are too long (too many fields = people abandon). We create short, compelling forms: the homepage form asks just for email. The consultation form asks for name, email, and one qualifying question. Simple = higher completion rates.

What's a landing page?

A focused page designed for one specific goal: download a guide, book a consultation, or claim an offer. One page, one offer, one big button. Landing pages convert better than regular pages because everything points toward one action.

What about phone leads?

Pricing and Payment - FAQ

What’s the introductory offer and who qualifies?

We're launching with a special introductory pricing for the first 20 customers. If you sign up now, you get significantly discounted setup fees (or free setup for Starter). Here's the breakdown:

Introductory Pricing (First 20 customers only):

- Starter: €0 setup + €97/month (normally €1,000 + €147)

- Growth: €1,000 setup + €297/month (normally €2,000 + €347)

- Elite: €1,500 setup + €697/month (normally €3,000 + €747)

Once you sign up at introductory pricing, your monthly subscription rate is locked in permanently - you’ll never pay more than €97/€297/€697 per month, even after the introductory period ends or if regular pricing increases. The only way your price changes is if you upgrade to a higher plan or cancel and resubscribe (which would reset you to current pricing).

Regular Pricing (After 20 customers):

- Starter: €1,000 setup + €147/month + 30 days free

- Growth: €2,000 setup + €347/month + 30 days free

- Elite: €3,000 setup + €747/month + 30 days free

Plus, all plans include 30-day free subscription - you only pay setup fees upfront, then your monthly subscription starts in month 2.

Bottom line: Introductory customers save €500-1,500 on setup fees. You're getting an enterprise-grade setup at a fraction of the cost because we're launching and building our customer base.

What's the difference between the three plans?

Starter (€1k + €97/mo): Basic website, simple CRM, 5 email automations, entry-level features

Growth (€2k + €197/mo): Advanced website, full CRM, 10+ automations, booking, priority support

Elite (€3k + €697/mo): Enterprise website, advanced CRM, unlimited automations, AI chatbot, voice bot, dedicated support

Most businesses start with Growth and scale up over time.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes, anytime. Upgrade from Starter to Growth? We'll add features and adjust your billing. Downgrade? No penalty, just reduced features next month.

What if my needs change?

We're flexible. If you need more features mid-month, we can upgrade you. If your business shrinks, we can downgrade. No penalties either way.

Is anything not included in pricing?

Yes, a few things:

- Setup domain (€10-15/year, billed separately)

- Premium stock photos (€1-5 per image, optional)

- Additional pages beyond your plan (€50-100 each, or add to monthly optimisation)

- Custom development work outside the scope

- SMS/Phone Usage pay per use (usually pretty low €15 + €10 ~ €15 per month)

- High-volume email sending

Most services are included, but we'll be clear about anything extra upfront.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes! If you pay annually instead of monthly, you get 2 months completely free. Here's how it breaks down:

Introductory Pricing (First 20 customers):

- Starter: Pay for 10 months, get 2 free = €970/year (save €194)

- Growth: Pay for 10 months, get 2 free = €2,970/year (save €594)

- Elite: Pay for 10 months, get 2 free = €6,970/year (save €1,394)

Regular Pricing (After 20 customers):

- Starter: Pay for 10 months, get 2 free = €1,470/year (save €294)

- Growth: Pay for 10 months, get 2 free = €3,470/year (save €694)

- Elite: Pay for 10 months, get 2 free = €7,470/year (save €1,494)

Plus: You still get your setup fee covered upfront, and your first 30 days are free (subscription starts month 2).

Example: Growth plan customer pays €1,000 setup once, then €2,970 annually (instead of €3,564 if paying monthly). That's €1,500+ savings in year one.

Annual payment gives you peace of mind on pricing and maximum savings. Switch to monthly anytime if needed (14 days' notice).

What's your payment schedule?

- Upfront projects: 50% deposit to start, 50% due at launch

- Monthly plans: Billing on the 1st of the month or monthly from the date of starting the project, auto-renewal unless cancelled

- Annual: One invoice for the full year

Can I pay in instalments?

For larger projects, yes. Contact us to discuss a payment plan.

Do you offer refunds?

For setup fees: no refund once work has started. For monthly subscriptions: no refund for the month if you cancel mid-month, but your service continues through the end of that billing cycle.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, 14 days' written notice via email and your subscription ends. No penalties, no long-term contract required.

What happens if I cancel mid-month?

Your monthly plan continues through the end of that billing cycle. After that, it's cancelled. You have access to your website, CRM, and data - nothing gets deleted.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Not explicitly, but we're confident enough that if you're not satisfied after 30 days, let's talk about what's not working. We can adjust the plan or discuss options. We want you to succeed.

Are there setup costs beyond the setup fee?

No. The setup fee covers everything: design, development, integration, training, and launch. Nothing else was charged during setup.

What about domain costs?

If you don't have a domain, we can register one for you (€10-15/year, billed separately). If you already have one, we use it for free.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. We're transparent: setup fee + monthly fee, that's it. No surprise fees, no "per contact" charges, no "premium support" upsells.

How do you handle VAT?

All prices include German VAT (19%). The invoice will show VAT separately for accounting purposes.

Can you invoice my company?

Yes. We issue professional invoices with all the required details for your accounting.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (SEPA), credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and PayPal with Stripe Integration. Choose what works best for you.

Do you work with payment plans?

For larger projects, yes. We can discuss monthly payments to make implementation easier.

What's the difference between the setup fee and the monthly fee?
